About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospital and ensure efficient service delivery across all departments.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, and operational management skills, with prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment. Experience managing social media platforms is also required.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and administrative activities of the hospital.
Coordinate staff and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and compliance with hospital policies.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Ensure patients receive professional and satisfactory service.
Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to resolve operational issues.
Monitor hospital supplies, facilities, equipment, and other operational needs.
Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant healthcare standards.
Manage and maintain the hospital's social media platforms.
Coordinate social media content and promote the hospital's services, activities, and brand online.
Support management with administrative and strategic operational activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements3 – 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong experience in team management and day-to-day operational supervision.
Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms is required.
Ability to coordinate multiple departments and responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
Must be proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
Candidates with strong hospital / healthcare operations experience will be preferred.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
