Requirements
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (Second class upper or first class)in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's Degree (MBA or related discipline) is an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or relevant operations management certifications are an added advantage.
Experience:5–7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing daily business operations.
Experience in project management, process improvement, and performance management.
Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and operational reporting.
Experience in customer service and stakeholder management is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational reporting tools.
Knowledge of ERP or business management systems is an added advantage.
Financial and budget management skills.
Ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
SalaryN300,000 - N350,000 per month.
