Job Title: Operations / Sales Manager

Location: Abuja Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments Manage. motivate and coordinate staff Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue Ensure excellent client experience and service standards Monitor inventory, supplies and cost control Support marketing and promotional activities Ensure compliance with health. safety and company policies

Requirements

Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2 years' experience in operations or a similar role (preferably in the beauty or service industry Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication. Organisational and problem-solving skills Sales-driven with a proactive mindset Professionalism at all times especially with dressing.
