About The Role
Fieldbase Services Limited is seeking a motivated Operations Trainee (NYSC) to join our team and gain practical experience in operations management, project coordination, logistics, and service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operational and field activities.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials for client sites.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Support collaboration across Engineering, Logistics, and Administrative teams.
Assist with monitoring operational standards and safety procedures.
RequirementsCurrently serving in the NYSC program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Interest in operations or project management.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
