We are looking for a People Operations & Culture Manager who lives at the intersection of data-driven process architecture and empathy-led community building. You won't just run payroll or manage compliance; you will design the operational scaffolding and cultural rituals that allow our team to do the best work of their lives. If you love optimizing workflows as much as you love designing memorable employee experiences, this is your sandbox.

Your Core Mission (Key Responsibilities)
People Operations (The Engine):
Streamline the Lifecycle: Design and scale a frictionless onboarding and offboarding experience that sets employees up for immediate success.
Own the Stack: Evaluate, implement, and maintain our HRIS and People tech stack to automate repetitive tasks.
Data & Insights: Build dashboards tracking key metrics (retention, engagement, team sentiment) to drive executive decisions.
Compliance & Policy: Keep us safe, compliant, and legally sound across all jurisdictions, transforming rigid laws into fair internal policies.
Culture & Engagement (The Soul):
Activate Values: Translate our abstract company values into measurable, observable everyday behaviors.
Culture Rituals: Design and run team-building events, feedback loops, and internal communication channels that bridge hybrid gaps.
Manager Enablement: Provide coaching and guardrails to managers on resolving complex employee relations or performance issues.
About You (The Profile)
The Hybrid Persona: You are an operational wizard with a heart. You love a clean spreadsheet but care deeply about the humans behind the rows.
The Experience: You have 5-6years managing People/HR functions, ideally within a rapidly growing tech or modern corporate environment.
The Toolkit: Proficient with modern HRIS networks, data analytics, and workflow automation tools.
The Superpower: Exceptional high-empathy communication. You know how to introduce structural changes gently while maintaining team alignment and trust.
