We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the development and improvement of digital products, working closely with developers, designers, and other teams to meet customer and business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product goals, priorities, and roadmap based on customer and business needs.
Develop clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with developers and UI/UX designers to plan, build, and deliver product features.
Manage product development timelines and ensure features are delivered as planned.
Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and identify product improvement opportunities.
Coordinate product testing, resolve issues, and ensure features meet requirements before release.
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.
Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to management and relevant teams.
RequirementsBSc/HND in Computer Science or related field.
2 – 4 years Product Management experience, preferably in tech.
Good understanding of software/product development.
Experience working with developers and UI/UX designers.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product management toolssuch as Linear and Asana.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver on time.
Good understanding of user experience and customer needs.
Ilorin-based candidates are preferred.
Lagos-based candidates: Proximity to Ogudu/Ojota preferred.
SalaryN100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
