Job Summary
To operate production equipment in the Crude Area in accordance with approved procedures, handle basic utilities and carry out solvent distillation operations as required.
Key Responsibilities
To operate reactor, centrifuge, Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), Powder transfer system (PTS), Sparkler filter & secondary filter.
Can handle basic utility like Vacuum/Cooling line/Chilling plant.
Can operate Distillation solvent in reactor & column.
Qualifications & Experience
OND / NABTEB in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of production operations experience in chemical synthesis or the pharmaceutical industry.
Managerial competencies:Safety consciousness
Teamwork and discipline
Attention to instructions
Technical competencies:Operation of reactor, centrifuge, FBD, PTS, Sparkler filter and secondary filter
Basic utility handling including Vacuum/Cooling line/Chilling plant
Solvent distillation operation in reactor and column
