We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Production Shift Lead
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Job Summary
To manage production activities and manpower during the assigned shift, ensure manufacturing processes and quality records are completed as per SOPs, and maintain cGMP, safety and equipment readiness requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo manage the manpower in shift.
To perform manufacturing process and fill the quality records (i.e., BMR/BPR/ECR/Logbooks) as per SOPs.
To maintain cGMP and safety norms. To distribute manpower as per requirement of manufacturing process with optimum utilization of plant capacity.
To ensure batch charging, sampling procedure, equipment cleaning is done as per SOP/BMR/ECRs
To monitor and record humidity and temperature
To verify the activity of calibration/qualification of equipment & instruments. To co-ordinate with maintenance department to reduce unplanned breakdown/preventive maintenance.
To schedule required training of the personnel working in the plant
To be well versed with GMP & ICHQ7.
To co-ordinate with Engineer/QC/QA.
Qualification and Experience
B.Sc. / HND in Chemical Engineering.
At least 5 years of production operations experience in chemical synthesis or the pharmaceutical API industry, including shift coordination.
