Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our real estate development projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end project delivery.
Coordinate and supervise architects, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Ensure all development activities comply with Lagos State town planning regulations, LASPPPA approvals, and relevant building codes.
Enforce HSE standards on all project sites and ensure all contractors adhere to safety protocols.
RequirementsB.Sc. / HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Estate Management.
5 – 7 years of project management experience.
Proven track record of delivering residential or commercial development projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, engineering drawings, and site supervision best practices.
Familiarity with Lagos State planning regulations, LASPPPA approvals, and real estate development compliance requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Membership of NSE, NIOB, NIQS, or NIA is a strong advantage.
SalaryN350,000 / month.
