Job Title: QC Executive – Plastic Manufacturing
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Executive with proven experience in the plastic manufacturing industry to ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished plastic products.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
Identify, investigate, and document product defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Perform dimensional, visual, and physical quality checks on plastic products.
Ensure proper sampling, testing, and documentation of production batches.
Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and test results.
Monitor compliance with SOPs, quality procedures, and safety requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and customer complaints.
Assist with customer complaints and investigate quality-related issues.
Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of QC measuring and testing equipment.
RequirementsB.Sc. / HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of QC experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Good knowledge of plastic production processes and quality control procedures.
Experience with injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion, or related plastic manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Ability to conduct product inspections and identify defects.
Knowledge of quality standards, documentation, and basic root cause analysis.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Must be willing to work from Ilupeju, Lagos.
