Job Purpose
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for protecting the quality, safety, consistency and integrity of all raw materials, production processes, finished products and by-products at ORCAD Integrated Ltd’s palm oil and palm kernel oil factory
Key ResponsibilitiesTest and monitor the quality parameters (FFA levels, moisture content, and impurities) of Palm Oil, Palm Kernel, and other By-Products
Ensure all outgoing products meet strict company standards and market regulations for premium quality.
Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet standard processing specifications.
Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe factory production environments.
RequirementsBackground in Science Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field with 5-10 years experience.
Prior experience in quality assurance within an edible oil or agricultural processing factory.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
Geographical Knowledge: Must know Ore, Odigbo, and Etikupupa very well.
