Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist to join our team at ourLaundry Company at Ikeja branch, Ikoyi Branch, Omole Phase 1 Branch, office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling inquiries, managing front desk activities, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to customers professionally
Receive and record laundry items accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently
Maintain proper records of orders and payments
Coordinate with operations staff for timely service delivery
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
SalaryN80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
