We are seeking a proactive and results driven Recruiter to join our team in Ogudu. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates for various client requirements while ensuring timely and quality placements.

Source candidates through  job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct prscreening calls and candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Submit qualified candidates to clients within agreed timelines. Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment pipeline. Obtain and document interview feedback. Ensure candidates are properly informed throughout the recruitment process. Meet assigned recruitment targets and placement timelines. Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on open positions. Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies. Ensure compliance with company recruitment procedures and maintain candidate confidentiality.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in recruitment / outsourcing is an added advantage. Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
