Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Reports To: General Manager / Operations Manager
Job Purpose
To manage the daily operations of the retail store, drive sales and profitability, deliver excellent customer service, manage inventory effectively, and lead the store team to achieve business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Drive sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Manage inventory, stock levels, stock counts, losses and stock discrepancies.
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance, productivity and performance.
Ensure proper cash handling, sales reconciliation and financial controls.
Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, presentation and merchandising.
Monitor store security, safety and loss-prevention procedures.
Prepare regular sales, inventory and operational performance reports.
Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant retail / store management experience.
Proven experience in sales, inventory and people management.
