Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAGE Software Support Consultant to provide professional application support for SAGE 200 and SAGE 300 systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical and application support to clients using SAGE 200 and SAGE 300.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system and user-related issues.
Assist with system configuration, setup, upgrades, updates, and maintenance.
Provide user guidance and basic training on SAGE applications.
Document support requests, solutions, and system-related activities accurately.
Work with internal technical teams and vendor resources to resolve complex issues.
Participate in SAGE implementation projects, system testing, and feature upgrades.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance and client experience.
RequirementsDegree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
SAGE/ERP certifications are an added advantage.
Proven experience supporting SAGE 200 and/or SAGE 300.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ERP systems and business application support.
Knowledge of accounting, finance, inventory, or HR modules is an advantage.
Experience with software installation, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interpret logs, error reports, and system behaviour.
Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Lagos and manage multiple support requests effectively.
Previous experience in a software consultancy, IT support, or business systems environment is highly desirable.
