Job Summary
The organisation is currently seeking an extremely competent, proactive, organised, and genuinely helpful sales and marketing staff.
This role requires a marketing expert with strong sales acumen and proven experience in the travel sector. The ideal candidate must be exceptionally skilled in social media management and digital campaigns, specifically tailored to the travel and tourism industry.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and engage potential travellers.
Create compelling visual and written content showcasing travel destinations, visa tips, and promotional offers.
Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through online and offline channels.
Collaborate with the Travel Consultants to align marketing campaigns with current service offerings.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of managing high-performing social media accounts for a business.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced agency environment.
IATA certification or familiarity with GDS platforms is an added advantage (to understand the products being sold).
SalaryN100,000 - N160,000 per month.
