We offer bespoke services developed to meet your needs with close supervision and training by our best-in-class, hand-picked and experienced fitness Trainers. With the host of our other fun and engaging fitness programs such as; Football, Lawn tennis and Basketball, We have our Trainers anchor over 16 different fitness classes per week. These include, but are not limited to; AEROBICS, HIIT, CARDIO, YOGA, DANCE etc.

Job Title: Sales Merchandiser
Locations: Kubwa, Lokogoma, Maitama and Gwarinpa - Abuja (FCT)

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:Actively promote and sell gym merchandise including fitness apparel, supplements, accessories, and wellness products.
Engage with members to recommend suitable products based on their fitness goals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall gym revenue.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
Merchandising & Display:Ensure products are attractively displayed in line with brand standards.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked retail areas.
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
Monitor product placement and adjust displays based on demand and trends.
Inventory Management:Track and manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Report low stock levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
Ensure proper storage and handling of products, especially supplements and consumables.
Customer Experience:Provide a friendly and professional shopping experience for all clients.
Address customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and guidance.
Handle basic customer concerns or escalate where necessary.
Reporting & Administration:Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory movements.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.
Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.
Collaboration & Support:Work closely with front desk staff and fitness trainers to promote products.
Support overall gym operations when required.
Participate in marketing activities, fitness events, and campaigns.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
