About the Role
We are looking for loan sales professionals with experience in lending, fintech, microfinance, consumer lending, SME lending or related financial services.
The role is focused on acquiring new customers, generating quality loan business, driving loan disbursements and building strong customer relationships.
ResponsibilitiesFind and acquire new customers for personal and business loans.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Explain loan products and requirements to prospective customers.
Follow up on leads and convert qualified prospects into successful disbursements.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
Follow up with customers after disbursement and maintain good relationships.
Work with Credit, Customer Service, Collections and Recovery teams to support smooth loan processing and repayment.
Provide regular updates on your pipeline and performance.
Participate in field sales and customer meetings when required.
Job Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in loan sales, financial services sales, business development, relationship management or a similar role.
Experience working with a lending company, fintech, microfinance bank, digital lender or other credit-focused business is strongly preferred.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales or loan disbursement targets.
Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
Good communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to generate leads and develop customers independently.
Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of results.

What We Offer
