Job Description
Our client is seeking a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Representative to join its sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company’s products to prospective and existing customers.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, orders, and customer requests.
Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
RequirementsOND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing, FMCG, industrial products, or related sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong customer relationship and selling skills.
Must be target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the Lagos market is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for sales and customer visits when required.
Salary & Benefits
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
Performance-based bonuses
Sales incentives/commissions
Opportunity to earn more based on sales performance
