We are looking for a Sales Support professional to join our team and help convert company-generated leads into successful sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with leads provided by the company.
Engage prospective customers and understand their needs.
Convert qualified leads into completed sales.
Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers.
Answer customer questions and provide relevant information to support the sales process.
Follow up on prospects until a decision is reached.
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Meet agreed sales and conversion targets.
RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, business development, telesales, or a similar role.
Proven ability to convert leads and close sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and follow up consistently.
Must be available to resume immediately.
Must have a reliable laptop/work tools, stable internet connection, and a reliable means of power for remote work.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement in Lagos.
Desirable:Previous experience working with an automobile company, dealership, or automotive sales business.
Experience handling customer enquiries and converting vehicle-related leads into sales.
