Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and deliver an excellent client experience.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Manage, schedule, and supervise staff, including stylists, therapists, and front-desk personnel Coordinate appointments and work schedules to maximize productivity and minimize client wait times Build and maintain strong client relationships, and handle feedback and complaints professionally Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales of services and products Plan and run promotions and marketing activities, including on social media Maintain service quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards Monitor inventory and supplies, and place orders when needed Prepare basic operational and sales reports using Microsoft Office.

HND or BSc holder Proven ability to manage salon operations, staff, schedules, and client relationships effectively Proven ability to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and drive sales Experience or familiarity with the salon/beauty industry in Lagos or Nigeria is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
