Job Title: Security Guard Recruitment& Staffing

About the Role
We are seeking a responsible, vigilant, and disciplined Security Guard to support the protection of the company’s personnel, facilities, assets, and overall operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, monitoring access to the premises, preventing unauthorised activities, and promptly reporting security concerns to the appropriate authority.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuard and protect company premises, personnel, equipment, and other assets.
Monitor and control access to the company’s premises.
Conduct regular patrols around assigned areas.
Maintain vigilance and identify suspicious activities or security risks.
Record and report security incidents, visitors, and unusual occurrences.
Prevent unauthorised access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
Ensure that established security procedures are followed.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and promptly escalate incidents.
Maintain proper handover and communication with other security personnel.
Perform other duties that may be assigned by Management.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.
Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is an added advantage.
Must be physically fit and medically capable of performing security duties.
Must be vigilant, disciplined, trustworthy, and responsible.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Ability to remain alert and work effectively with minimal supervision.
SalaryN50,000 monthly. Compensation& Benefits
