We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment for our company, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting assets and ensuring the safety of all personnel by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding promptly to any security incidents or emergencies. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. As a Security Guard, you will play a critical role in deterring theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities, while providing excellent customer service during routine checks and interactions. The position demands a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to enforcing company policies and regulations. Patrol assigned areas regularly to monitor and secure the premises. Control access to buildings and property by checking identification and credentials. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents to provide assistance as needed. Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activities to management or law enforcement. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations consistently. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with security-related concerns.

Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role is preferred. Strong observational and surveillance skills to identify potential security threats. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or law enforcement is a plus. Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to incidents as required. Integrity and professionalism to handle confidential information and enforce policies.
