Security Manager  Apapa

Honeywell is a conglomerate founded by Oba Otudeko. It has a  flour mill which is located in Sagamu, Ogun State. They produce wheat and non-wheat based products. They are into the production of flour, wheat meal, semolina, pasta and noodles. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Security Manager

Location: Apapa, Lagos Purpose 

To manage and coordinate security operations at Honeywell Flour Mills. Maintaining the safety of personnel, safeguarding company assets, and maintaining operational integrity and business continuity in support of the organization's long-term objectives

The Job

Compile the company's annual security plans, strategies and work program Develop/refine and implement appropriate security policies, processes and procedures ensuring dissemination to all stakeholders Develop measures and procedures for securing business facility and premises to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors Develop contingency plans, emergency procedures and incident responses to manage emergency situations Periodically evaluate the efficacy of existing security infrastructure including CCTV, Walkie Talkie, Hand Held Metal Detectors and protocols making refinements as appropriate Conduct periodic audits to identify gaps in security platform and develop risk management assessment  Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of facilities and personnel; evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications and Experience

B.Sc. In Criminology, Security Management or any related field with 7 - 10 years' cognate experience. Prior experience in law enforcement or related security field is an added advantage.

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Have good accuracy and attention to detail. Be proactive and a good team player Possess solid conflict management and resolution skills
