We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This position requires a proactive individual who can lead and coordinate security operations, manage security personnel, and respond effectively to incidents or emergencies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external agencies. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, conducting regular inspections, and monitoring security systems to prevent and address any vulnerabilities.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the security team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to policies. Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities. Develop and enforce security protocols, procedures, and emergency response plans. Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high standards of professionalism and effectiveness. Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control to promptly detect and respond to incidents. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other external organizations as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and overall security status for management review. Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff to cover all shifts and locations effectively.

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the security industry. Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure. Familiarity with security technology such as surveillance systems, alarms, and access controls. Ability to conduct training and enforce compliance with security policies. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in security management is a plus. Physical fitness and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
