Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Educational Qualification
OND / HND / B.Sc. or equivalent, relevant training/certification is an advantage.
Para-Military Background (Police, NSCDC)
Experience:Minimum of 3 years' experience in security operations, preferably in mining, construction, industrial or remote- site environments.
Core Competencies:Security personnel supervision and deployment.
Access control and visitor management.
Site surveillance and patrol coordination.
Incident prevention, investigation and reporting.
Emergency response and crisis management
Security risk assessment and threat identification.
Protection of personnel, equipment, assets and mineral products.
Operational Competencies:Coordination with NSCDC, Police and other security agencies.
Management of security posts, access points and patrol schedules.
Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
Ability to maintain accurate security logs and incident records.
Personal Competencies: Alertness, integrity. discipline, confidentiality, sound judgment and strong leadership ability.
