We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to oversee and coordinateprojects across multiple subsidiaries under our parent company The ideal candidate willdrive crossfunctional initiatives, ensure timely delivery, align project outcomes withgrouplevel objectives, and enhance operational efficiency across the group
Job Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including Gantt charts, timelines, and budgets
Lead project execution using methodologies such as Waterfall and Scrum, ensuringdeliverables meet quality standards
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies
Use Microsoft Visio and other project tools to document workflows, processes, andprogress
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and executiveleadership
Monitor and report on project progress, including performance metrics, to managementand clients
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and contractualobligations
Lead postproject evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas forimprovement
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (MS Project, Visio, JIRA, Trello,or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and risk management skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, orrelated field
Professional certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master/Agile CertifiedPractitioner) preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a strong advantage
Proven experience (5+ years) managing projects from initiation to closure
Proficiency in developing and managing Gantt charts and visual workflows
Handson experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong knowledge of project documentation and visualization using Microsoft Visio
