The SEO & Paid Ads Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving online visibility, traffic, and conversions for URCH Foods’ digital channels.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, optimizing website and product pages for search engines, and monitoring rankings and organic performance.
The specialist will plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns (such as search, social, and display ads), track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for return on ad spend.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating on landing page improvements, preparing performance reports, making data-driven recommendations, and staying current with SEO and paid media best practices relevant to the food and consumer goods industry.
QualificationsStrong skills in SEO strategy and implementation, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads), including audience targeting, bidding, and budget management.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards) to measure and optimize performance.
Ability to create and refine ad copy, basic landing page content, and campaign structures aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
Familiarity with e-commerce or consumer goods marketing, preferably in food or FMCG, and understanding of online customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and manage multiple tasks.
Relevant certification or coursework in digital marketing, SEO, or paid advertising is an advantage; prior practical experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
