Location: Lagos, Nigeria  Job role

Conduct regulated ground/ classroom training and drills as authorized by the authority. Conduct regular classroom evaluations including competency checks. Conduct regular evaluation, assessment, and line checks on both SCCMs and CCMs Identify trends and training review that may lead to development of course(s) Conduct regulated practical training on the aircraft type. Conduct Line trainer, SCCM and CCM line training, including coaching. Monitor safety and service standards.  Participate in the production of training and multimedia if required. Conduct other cabin service-related training. Assist with any other duties in cabin services department as required.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent HND (Higher National Diploma) At least 5 years' experience as an operating senior cabin crew member. Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages is an advantage Excellent health and fitness levels. Demonstrated ability in problem solving & decision making. Demonstrated ability to learn and with professional attitude. Demonstrated ability in attention to detail & quality. Excellent personality and the ability to work within a multicultural team.
