Summary
Casalavoro Residence is looking for a friendly, attentive, and experienced Shisha Attendant to join our hospitality team.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve shisha to guests according to house standards.
Ensure shisha equipment is properly cleaned, prepared, and maintained.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Take guest orders and respond promptly to requests.
Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable service area.
Monitor shisha supplies and report shortages when necessary.
Follow all applicable health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
Work closely with the service team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
RequirementsPrevious experience as a Shisha Attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
Good knowledge of shisha preparation and equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Well-presented, courteous, and attentive.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
