Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media Customer Representative to manage customer interactions on Instagram, engage prospective customers, and convert enquiries into successful sales.
RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Instagram and social media communication.
Strong persuasion and sales-closing abilities.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or social media is an advantage.
Proactive, friendly, patient, and professional
Basic computer and digital skills.
Must be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
Must be able to commute to Marina, Lagos when required.
SalaryN150,000 / month.
