Creating, managing and owning the social media strategy for Max Grow fan base from fans to customers and customers into advocates Manage and oversee Max campaigns on all social media platforms Build and maintain strong social media presence Respond to all customer enquiries and ensure positive customer experiences to queries made on the social media platforms Development of brand identity and online reputation Data analysis of campaigns carried out to reveal the ROI on these campaigns Growth & management of online communities to ensure apporpriate decorum Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for efficient brand communication Create budgets for social media campaings Keep abreast of all current social media best practices and technologies Ability to train team members and the company wide on best ways to use social media.
