Job Title: Spa Therapist
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Perform professional massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, facials, Hamman, body scrub and other professional massage services.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Ensure clients are comfortable and well cared for before, during, and after treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and equipment.
Prepare treatment rooms, products, tools, and equipment before each appointment.
Identify relevant contraindications, allergies, or client concerns and escalate appropriately.
Maintain accurate client treatment records and confidentiality.
Handle client concerns professionally and report serious issues to management.
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene at all times.
Work effectively with other members of the spa team.
Pedicure and manicure added advantage not mandatory.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred.
Good practical knowledge of massage, facial, and body treatments.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
