Summary
We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Specialist, Corporate Communications with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Marketing Department.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop corporate communication plans and campaigns.
Draft internal announcements, executive communications, newsletters and corporate content.
Support leadership communication and executive messaging.
Manage internal communication channels.
Develop communication materials for organisational initiatives and events.
Coordinate corporate announcements and stakeholder communications.
Ensure consistency of corporate tone, messaging and brand identity.
Support crisis and sensitive communications.
Develop employee engagement communication campaigns.
Monitor communication effectiveness and stakeholder sentiment.
Coordinate with media, creative and marketing teams where required.
Maintain corporate communication calendars and content repositories.
Educational and Professional Qualification(s)
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, English or related disciplines
3 - 5 years' experience in corporate communications.
Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.
Experience with internal communications and executive messaging.
Strong understanding of corporate branding and reputation management.
Digital communication and content management experience.
