The Stock Controller is responsible for managing inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock records, processing stock movements and returns, and providing excellent customer service at the stock point.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and issue stock accurately.
Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
Conduct stock counts and monthly reconciliations.
Process customer returns and manage reverse logistics through 3PL partners.
Resolve customer inquiries and stock-related issues.
Maintain an organized and secure stock point.
Prepare inventory reports and escalate operational issues when necessary.
RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in stock control, inventory management, retail sales, or customer service.
Minimum of an ND or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and customer service skills.
Experience in the mobile phone, electronics, retail, or device financing industry is an advantage.
SalaryN139,000 monthly.
