Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
Monitor staff performance and assign daily tasks.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor sales and proper recording of transactions.
RequirementsOND/HND/B.Sc.
Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or supervisory role is an advantage.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Must be organized, responsible,and trustworthy.
