A restaurant supervisor manages daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service, high food quality, and guest satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels and order food supplies or cleaning products as needed.
Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash flow, and run point-of-sale (POS) systems.
