Role Overview
A Supply Chain Manager oversees and optimizes the entire end-to-end journey of a product, from sourcing raw materials and managing warehouse inventory to final delivery and customer distribution.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies that align with company growth goals and demand forecasts.
Procurement & Sourcing: Source suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate cost-effective contracts for raw materials and services.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, optimize replenishment processes, and balance inventory to prevent shortages or costly overstock.
Logistics & Warehousing: Supervise shipping, transport routes, and warehouse operations to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks or disruptions and build contingency plans to resolve them quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, production, and procurement teams to coordinate daily plans and long-term forecasts.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and shipping costs.
