Position Overview:

As a Technical Support Representative at Pajuno, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing printer-related issues. Your role involves remotely resolving problems while adhering to strict information security protocols. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

Technical Assistance:

Identify and resolve printer hardware and software issues via various communication channels.
Assist customers with printer setup, maintenance procedures, and warranty-related repairs.
Document solutions in the ticketing system and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Create and update support materials such as FAQs and user manuals.

Information Security Management:

Categorize and label information assets in accordance with security policies.
Track asset security status and contribute to risk assessment processes.

Qualifications:

Education: HND/BSc in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering (Advanced Mathematics is beneficial).

Required Competencies:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware technical support, preferably with printers or electromechanical systems.
Exceptional troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with ticketing systems, and a results-driven mindset.
Dedication to information security protocols and ongoing professional development.
