We are looking for a Telehealth Nurse / Care Coordinator to be the heart of patient support.
Role Overview
You will:Be the first point of contact for patients
Provide triage and initial assessment
Support doctors during consultations
Manage follow-ups and patient engagement
Track chronic conditions (BP, sugar, medication adherence)
Who we Are Looking For
A nurse who:Is registered with NMCN with at least 2 years post registration experience
Has hospital or community health experience
Communicates clearly and calmly with patients
Is comfortable using WhatsApp and digital tools
HIPPA Certified
Experience in the use of EMR/EHR
Strong proactive skills
Great communication skills and ability to work independently
Driving will be an added advantage
