Job Description
The Tractor Driver operates agricultural tractors and related machinery to support farming activities such as plowing, harrowing, planting, and hauling.
This role requires technical knowledge of farm equipment and adherence to safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesFarm Operations: Operate tractors for plowing, planting, and harvesting.
Equipment Handling: Attach and operate implements such as harrows, trailers, and seeders.
Maintenance: Conduct routine servicing and minor repairs on tractors.
Safety Compliance: Follow farm safety protocols and ensure safe operation of machinery.
Logistics Support: Transport farm produce and supplies within the farm or to designated locations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
Valid driver’s license (tractor/machinery certification preferred).
Experience in operating tractors and farm machinery.
Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
