Job Title: Training Officer
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibitlies
Needs Assessment: Identify training gaps through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with functional managers.
Program Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, curricula, and policies, often using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Implementation & Delivery: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, sometimes leading sessions directly.
Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and provide feedback to trainers and other staff involved in learning and development.
Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness, track progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
Budget & Resources: Manage training budgets and resources, potentially liaising with external vendors.
Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the training for new hires.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure training aligns with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
