Job Title: Truck Force Supervisor
Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:Conducting fleet inspections, including complete wheel inspections, workshop inspections, scrap tire inspections, and other relevant fleet assessments.
Identifying and training customer staff on proper tire maintenance and best practices.
Conducting product evaluations and providing relevant technical feedback.
Coordinating activities with the respective Sales Team.
Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and market information.
Taking responsibility for the proper use, maintenance, and availability of Truck Force tools and equipment.
Generating sales of accessories and service-related products.
Leading, administering and motivating the Truck Force team and service activities.
Candidate Requirements
We are particularly interested in candidates with practical experience in:Truck / fleet service operations.
Tire maintenance and fleet inspections.
Commercial vehicle or truck maintenance.
Automotive aftersales/service operations.
Fleet workshops or transport companies.
Customer technical support and training.
Team supervision and field-service coordination.
Sales of automotive service, accessories or related products would be an added advantage.
