We’re looking for a creative Video Editor with strong Graphic Design skills to join our Abuja real estate team.
Your job is to make our properties look irresistible online. From cinematic property tours to scroll-stopping flyers and ads, you’ll be the one bringing our listings to life across social media.
If you have an eye for aesthetics and can edit videos that convert views to site visits, let’s talk.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing: Edit property tour videos, client testimonials, drone footage, reels, TikToks, and ad creatives using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut
Graphic Design: Design flyers, brochures, social media posts, banners, and ad creatives for property launches using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Content Creation: Shoot on-site footage and photos during property inspections and events in Abuja
Branding: Maintain consistent brand identity across all video and design assets
Motion Graphics: Add subtitles, transitions, animations, and motion graphics to videos
Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Sales team to meet campaign goals
RequirementsExperience: 2+ years experience in video editing and graphic design. Portfolio is mandatory
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. CapCut is a plus
Design Eye: Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and storytelling
Real Estate Advantage: Prior experience in real estate, property marketing
Equipment: Must be comfortable using a phone and camera.
Soft Skills: Fast, detail-oriented, creative, and able to handle multiple deadlines
Availability: Must be available for site visits, property shoots, and occasional weekends/events
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
