About the Role
We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer to join a growing real estate brand in Lekki.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases properties, projects, brand activities, and other marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visual storytelling, understand social media content trends, and be able to produce engaging videos that attract potential clients and strengthen the brand's online presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesFilm high-quality videos of residential and commercial properties, including property walkthroughs, tours, and promotional content.
Plan and execute video shoots for social media, marketing campaigns, property listings, and brand activities.
Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos suitable for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, promotional videos, and property highlights.
Capture videos that effectively communicate the features, lifestyle, and selling points of properties.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts and content ideas.
Keep up with current social media trends, video styles, transitions, and content formats.
Ensure proper lighting, framing, sound quality, composition, and overall production quality.
Manage and maintain videography equipment and ensure all equipment is properly handled and stored.
Attend property inspections, site visits, events, and other locations as required for content production.
Organise and maintain video files and footage for easy access and future use.
Contribute creative ideas that can improve the brand's visual identity and online engagement.
RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography.
Previous experience creating content for real estate, property, lifestyle, or related brands is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of video shooting, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Experience creating short-form social media content.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital content platforms.
Good sense of visual storytelling and creativity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Must be resident in or around Lekki, Lagos, with the ability to commute reliably to the workplace and various property locations.

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual content.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a property and turn it into compelling visual content that captures attention and supports the company's marketing and sales objectives.
SalaryN300,000 Monthly.
