Job Description
Welcoming guests: Greet customers warmly, escort them to their tables, and hand out menus.
Taking orders: Listen to food and drink requests accurately, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
Serving items: Deliver meals and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables.
Checking satisfaction: Monitor tables during the meal to address extra needs, requests, or complaints.
Processing payments: Present bills, collect cash or cards, and complete transactions.
Maintaining cleanliness: Clear dirty plates, wipe down surfaces, and reset tables for new guests.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2-3 years experience.
