We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waiter / Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams. Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to established service standards. Check on guests during their meals to ensure they are satisfied and have everything they need. Provide accurate information about menu items, ingredients, and available options when required. Process and present bills to guests and handle payments appropriately where applicable. Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables, service areas, and dining spaces. Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service. Ensure all service equipment, utensils, and dining areas are kept clean and properly arranged. Respond to guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally and promptly. Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth service. Follow all company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Report any customer concerns, damaged equipment, or operational issues to the supervisor. Assist with other duties within the Food & Beverage department as assigned.

Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a customer-facing hospitality role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant, courteous, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good personal hygiene and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Ability to work well as part of a team. Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
