Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring operational efficiency and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Manage and supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and storage of products for easy identification and retrieval.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and stock variances.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, security, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports for management.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and prevent damage to goods.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational costs.
RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management procedures.
Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
