We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry Background: Automobile / Tyre / Lubricant (Mandatory)
Responsibilities
Oversee daily branch operations, SOP adherence, and discipline.
Supervise Front Office (billing, invoicing, sales, reception) and Technical Teams (wheel alignment, tyre fitting/repair).
Drive sales of tyres, lubricants, batteries, and accessories to meet targets.
Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service improvements.
Manage stock replenishment, records, and inventory control.
Oversee branch administration, petty cash, reporting, and compliance.
Ensure all transactions are captured in ERP/CRM systems.
Lead, train, and develop branch staff; conduct performance reviews.
Monitor cashflow, control expenses, and ensure budget adherence.
Liaise with local authorities, vendors, banks, and service providers.
Ensure facility, equipment, and asset maintenance.
QualificationsHND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in supervisory/branch roles within automobile/tyre/lubricant industry.
Key Skills:Strong people management and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM, and inventory tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
