Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate YouTube Automation Trainer to teach students how to build, manage, grow, and monetize YouTube channels using effective content creation and automation strategies.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience with YouTube automation and the ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners. The trainer will conduct practical classes, develop training materials, guide students through real projects, and provide feedback on their work.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeach students the fundamentals and advanced concepts of YouTube automation.
Develop and deliver structured lessons, workshops, and practical training sessions.
Teach students how to:
Select and research profitable YouTube niches
Conduct competitor and audience research
Generate and validate content ideas
Write engaging YouTube scripts
Use AI tools effectively in content production
Source and manage voice-over and video-editing services
Create compelling thumbnails
Optimize video titles, descriptions, and keywords
Upload and manage YouTube videos
Understand YouTube Analytics and performance metrics
Build systems for consistent content production
Develop and manage faceless YouTube channels
Understand YouTube monetization requirements and policies
Demonstrate practical YouTube automation workflows.
Give students assignments and practical projects.
Review students' work and provide constructive feedback.
Track student progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
Answer students' questions and provide one-on-one guidance when necessary.
Create course materials, presentations, worksheets, SOPs, and practical exercises.
Keep training content updated based on changes to YouTube policies, features, tools, and industry practices.
Teach students ethical and policy-compliant approaches to content creation and channel management.
Motivate students and help them develop the practical skills required to independently manage YouTube channels.

RequirementsProven practical experience with YouTube channel management and/or YouTube automation.
Strong knowledge of YouTube content creation, SEO, analytics, and monetization.
Previous teaching, coaching, mentoring, or training experience is preferred.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with AI tools and other content-production technologies.
Understanding of video production, scripting, thumbnails, and content strategy.
Ability to demonstrate practical results and workflows.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience training students in YouTube automation or digital marketing.
Experience managing faceless YouTube channels.
Knowledge of YouTube Studio and Analytics.
Knowledge of video editing and graphic-design tools.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation.
Experience developing online courses or training programs.
